**About the Role**:
Joining a Global Business Services HR Performance Team, you will be a member of a dynamic, professional, motivated and caring team with a focus on improvement, quality and ‘big picture’ thinking.
As a Specialist in the HR Performance team, you will;
- Execute critical HR projects that form part of the GBS HR Services Australia pipeline, including project scoping, change management, implementation and conducting lessons learnt
- Lead the demand and capacity planning routines for the GBS HR Services Australia team, by working with the leadership team to accurately determine and schedule capacity, based on upstream demand for a range of HR Services work packages and initiatives
- Leverage your HR experience and context to work in partnership with GBS HR Sub-Functions including Accenture, Enablement, GEO’s and the wider GBS HR Services Team to optimise the end to end value chain
- Have a proven track record as a problem solver and leverage BOS practices and routines to build capability and prioritise micro improvements, implement and manage CI initiatives across the Hub
- Engage stakeholders to address challenging or complex topics and collaborate with stakeholders to arrive at a resolution
- Always consider risks (operational, strategic, reporting/financial and compliance) when making decisions and participate in lessons learnt and root cause analysis

**About You**:
- You are an experienced and skilled HR Professional with HR data management/analytics experience. You possess strong HR process governance skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- In addition to your demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, you possess the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused attitude.
- Your strong stakeholder engagement, communication, customer services, problem solving, organisational skills will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
- You have a continuous improvement mindset which will enable simplification, efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel. With strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems will be an advantage.
- You have a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
