An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join a dynamic team at Commonry.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role is responsible for the effective coordination of all Commonry marketing and communication activity with a focus on the coordination and management of the PR strategy, retail marketing, seasonal promotion calendars and brand events and general marketing administration.

**_Please note: This is a part time role 20-25 hours a week, working Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays_**

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED TO**:

- Contribute ideas and input to the Influencer strategy - this can include research, trends, ideas and concepts
- Create monthly lookbook for influencer collaborations
- Coordinate product for influencers and media in a timely manner, including stock and samples
- Collaborate closely with internal team and external agencies to strategize and conceptualize all brand events - consumer, media and staff
- Support the Marketing Manager in the coordination of all brand events (media and consumer), including but not limited to guest list, RSVP, event collateral, reporting, invoice tracking
- Support the marketing manager to develop plans to support new store launches
- Work closely with Centre Marketing teams to maximise external opportunities and cross promote key messaging
- Coordinate Key Looks shoots, including setting up styling sessions, model castings, sample management

**THE PERFECT FIT**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations (preferred)
- Proficiency in programs including Microsoft Office and Canva
- Project management and juggling multiple projects at once
- Previous experience in a retail business is desirabla
- A sound understanding of PR with a fashion/retail lens in particular with influencer talent and trends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude, a drive to achieve goals, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and planning skills
