**About the role at QBE**

This exciting opportunity will be responsible for designing and developing training solutions that support individual, team and claims business goals across the entire Claims business. This role will allow you to utilize your strong learning design experience and innovative strategies to deliver a state-of-the-art training program in a hybrid environment.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading of UX and UI Design - Lead the design of product features underpinned by UX and UI Design principles to create desired user-centred experiences
- Customer Journey Insight Development - Understand a brand’s customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes, to drive strategy for positive customer experience

**Strengths**
- Flexibility - Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively
- Critical thinking - Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight
