**The opportunity**

- Join the Group People (HR) team to design and develop learning resources to uplift capabilities across the business

**Your new role**

This role is responsible for crafting engaging digital and instructor-led learning solutions that evolve with the changing needs of our organisation. As the Digital Learning Design Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning solutions to support a workforce digital transformation program.

You will also:

- Create learning solutions across a variety of modalities to uplift capabilities across the organization
- Translate enterprise and divisional capability needs into effective learning interventions

**About you**
- Skilled in instructional design techniques, especially digital learning (i.e. eLearning, videos, microlearns, etc.)
- Previous experience with designing and developing process and systems training
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
- Highly developed internal consulting, change management and project management skills
- Time management and ability to perform and prioritize in fast-paced and changing environment
- In depth knowledge of instructional design theory, techniques, and trends
