Join Suncorp as a Learning Design Consultant and help shape the future of our workforce. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for designing high-quality learning products and services that directly support and enhance Suncorp’s strategic goals. Working closely with stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners, you’ll develop and maintain impactful learning solutions that build capability across the group. You'll also provide expert advice on best practices to elevate learning quality and drive continuous improvement in workforce development.

**What you’ll do**:

- Use agreed Suncorp learning methodologies, approaches, tools and resources when designing learning solutions.
- Prepare learning solutions including detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategy, organisation of proposed content, plan the look and feel, create/write/curate content, and development of final materials.
- Provide best practice advice and solutions that are relevant and aligned to business strategy and group direction.
- Proactively research best-practice learning solutions and methodologies to maintain knowledge of learning trends.
- Provide internal (Quality Assurance) review of learning solutions created by colleagues and vendors/partners to ensure quality products that align to Suncorp requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and manage a detailed plan for each design project, including milestones, resources (including vendors/partners) risk, impacts, issues and mitigants.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors/partners and colleagues to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Proactively play a role in Suncorp’s learning community to build relationships, share knowledge, onboard new colleagues and collaborate.

**What you’ll Bring**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
- Tertiary Qualification in Adult learning/Education/HR Related discipline (desired)
- Learning and Development experience (minimum 2 years)
- Instructional Design of blended learning solutions and design methodologies (desired)
- LMS knowledge (desired)
- Vendor management (desired)
- Project Management (desired)
- Experience with eLearning development tools such as Lectora, Captivate (desired)
