We have been retained by a global insurance institution to find an engaging Learning and Design Consultant who enjoys creating purposeful education and training content for clients, partners, and employees to best serve the requirements of the Workplace Risk (WPR) team.

This exciting opportunity would ideally suit a mid-level Instructional Designer or Learning Consultant with some strong experience in managing the end-to-end delivery of eLearning digital modules, scoping, and creating all content, including tenders, marketing material or instructional videos and confident in both supporting and facilitating workshops on a national scale, so some travel will be required at times.

About 80% of projects will be risk associated to OH&S in the workplace which makes for highly regarded and important work experience for the CV. This role will also provide the unique opportunity to lead the innovation in education and training content design, throughout company mergers and acquisitions and other digital transformation projects ahead.

Therefor we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Previous demonstrated experience in Learning and Development, Injury Management, Human Resources, Workforce Planning, Communications, Media, or similar field

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong analytical, planning and research capabilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong stakeholder engagement and a people first approach

Engaging, adaptable and interactive presentation skills

Expert capabilities in a range of online learning programs (LMS and authoring tools) Adobe and Microsoft Office

Relevant bachelor's degree or related qualifications

Experience working within the insurance industry would be highly desirable
