You love all aspects of managing a program, from scoping and conducting needs analyses, collaborating with vendors and SMEs, developing communications, and coordinating the delivery of workshops, to managing budgets, and working to a project plan.

You are looking for an opportunity to further develop your consulting capability, L&D program design, whether that is curating digital pathways, designing innovative learning solutions, or contributing to out of the box thinking - challenging the traditional models of learning.
**Your Opportunity**
This role will play a key part in our learning team, reporting to the business learning manager and partnering closely with the business leaders and the broader L&D team to design, develop and deploy consulting learning solutions.
In this role you will
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and consultation to fully understand the learning need and recommend appropriate solutions
- Good understanding of scoping, design, development & implementation of learning programs
- Actively monitor project plans, communication plans, budgets and invoicing
- Assist in development of high-quality evaluation approaches to ensure exceptional delivery and continuous improvement of programs
- Liaise with Learning Operations to ensure timely and efficient deployment of programs
- Produce and support the setup of virtual learning programs using a range of learning technology platforms
- Support the capacity planning and resource management of solutions, working with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors.
- Develop program materials including request for proposals, presentation packs, participant communications, learning resources as needed
- Bring best practice techniques to content curation and developing digital learning pathways
**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in this position your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:
- Previous demonstrable success in a Learning and Development role, with experience in designing training solutions, development, and deployment of learning programs
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate and problem solve
- Qualification in relevant fields would be highly desirable
- Background in learning and development, consulting or leadership will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively influence others
