RGIT Australia, situated in Melbourne's CBD, is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work within the Institute's Marketing Department.
This is a **full-time** position.
You will be responsible for coordinating RGIT's Marketing department to satisfactorily perform in its international, domestic and digital segments, for its marketing, sales and communications functions. You will be responsible for performing tasks such as collateral development, strategic planning, student recruitment, executing promotional campaigns and leading the team.
**Key responsibilities**
- Provide strategic leadership to sales and marketing initiatives, including market research, analysis, campaign design and implementation across RGIT's scope of operations
- Coordinate sales, marketing and communications operations and ensure they are satisfactorily conducted to maintain organisational operations
- Develop high impact branding plans and contents that deliver on growth aspirations based on the most effective and efficient marketing channels
- Enhance and coordinate the digital media presence of RGIT
- Develop and maintain satisfactory relations with clients and stakeholders
- Successfully execute marketing campaigns that shape the future of our organisation
- Ensure sales and marketing operations are conducted in accordance with compliance requirements
- Monitor staff activity and provide them with ongoing support and assistance to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Set KPIs and mobilise team to reach their targets
- Establish and maintain positively working relationships with key stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing and/or 1 year sales and marketing, in a Registered Training Organisation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing staff
- Understanding of admissions issues, market trends, ESOS guidelines, RTO Standards 2015 and how to promote tertiary education is preferred
- Marketing promotional planning and campaign management experience
- Strong experience in Business development
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to predict future needs and create strategic/contingency plans
- Strong understanding of database management and newsletter process
- Strong understanding and capability of creative processes
- Extensive capability to use Microsoft programs and Google suite
