**About the role**:
Beon Customer and Commercial team are looking for a Material Sales Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis.

This role is accountable for the end-to-end management of material sales, which includes daily coordination and processing of material sales activities, liaising with customers and stakeholders throughout the sales process cycle, and ensuring that all parties involved in the sales activities processes are compliant with organisational procedures and standards.

**What you’ll deliver**:

- Coordinate quoting to customers and processing of orders in accordance with established processes
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and role-specific KPIs
- Day to day coordination of material sales activities
- Ensure compliance with procedures and work instructions
- Provide domain-specific knowledge and advice to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Proactive communication with customers to identify their needs and communicate where Beon can support their requirements.

**To succeed in the role, you’ll have**:

- Advanced diploma in marketing, sales or materials management and / or the equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience
- Proven ability to manage and process orders and understand supply chains
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at different levels
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP financial reports is desirable
- Prior exposure within a supply chain/logistics environment is desirable
