Our client a global leader in cutting-edge technology seeks a multi-talented marketing support professional to join their Notting Hill office. This newly created role will support the Head of Sales for Australia and New Zealand and requires a dynamic and driven individual.

Our client a global leader in cutting-edge technology seeks a multi-talented marketing support professional to join their Notting Hill office. This newly created role will support the Head of Sales for Australia and New Zealand and requires a dynamic and driven individual.

This role brings a unique opportunity for you to work alongside senior management assisting in the day-to-day administration in a varied marketing support role.

You will have excellent administration and coordination skills, along with great communication, proven time and event management experience coupled with a strategic mindset.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Marketing administration support
- Travel booking and event management
- Editing and developing marketing material
- Create and maintain the marketing assets database along with daily CRM maintenance and data entry
- Liaising with external providers, clients, customers, government bodies and industry leaders
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans
- Sales support including forecast and marketing reports for management
- Adhoc administration

**Your skills will include**:

- Tertiary qualification in a Marketing/Business discipline
- A proven career history in Sales & Marketing administration
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and proven time management skills
- A can-do positive and proactive approach
- Experience managing CRM, along with Adobe Creative Suite and ideally Photoshop/Illustrator
- Proficiency in MS Office - particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
