Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Workplace Services Officer** who is attentive, and client focused.

**About the role**:

- Provide five-star service by delivering outcomes at a consistently high level both independently, and as part of a team
- Communicate with confidence to liaise and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Be proactive and exercises good judgment to resolve issues and achieve outcomes
- Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services and processes and encourage others to contribute
- Be accountable for undertaking a range of Facilities Management activities and seek assistance when required

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Demonstrated sound knowledge of relevant legislation, APS and agency policy, procedures and processes in relation to a range of Facilities Management services
- Ability to exercise judgement, in accordance with the principles found in documented precedents or procedures, to resolve issues of a new or unique nature that may be moderately complex
