**Job Description**:
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our business, taking responsibility of our front of house operations in a small team of highly skilled and valued professionals. This role is a permanent full-time Monday - Friday 38hrs per week.

You will join our corporate team based on-site at our prestigious client’s offices situated in the premium city style commercial hub at Parramatta square development.

**Responsibilities included**:

- Assist with all aspects of facilities management relevant to the office premises i.e. site walks, preventative, and reactive maintenance, EHS checks and reporting
- Be part of all front of house activities including meet and greeting clients, taking calls and managing entry requirements to the office
- Support with Invoicing, Purchase Order creation (training provided)
- Supporting all other administrative functions relevant to the role including Mailroom and Courier services
- Assisting with internal marketing and events, front of house meeting & training room management.

**Requirements**:

- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
