Do you have a passion for providing a world class front of house customer experience? If so, we want you to join our team

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Officer to join our corporate team based on-site at our prestigious client’s offices situated in the premium city style commercial hub at Parramatta square development. This role is a permanent full-time Monday - Friday 38hrs per week.

As a Workplace Experience Officer, you will work closely with your one up, the Workplace Coordinator working together to ensure all front of house duties are managed to industry leading standards. This is a fast paced, multi-faceted role working with a small on-site team.

**Who are we looking for?**

**About you**:

- Ensure all clients, suppliers and visitors are greeted and assisted upon arrival
- Answer all calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Ordering stationery and office supplies, attendance register and wellbeing checks, ordering and receiving couriers and other aspects of the mailroom
- Professional presentation, excellent phone manner and strong computer skills.
