As a Workplace Services Coordinator you'll be a key member of our Sydney, Paramatta Workplace team responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently and helping to curate a positive experience for all internal and external visitors.

The Workplace Services Coordinator is responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with staff and the building management teams. In this role you will:

- Coordinate, schedule, and track planned preventative maintenance program.
- Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
- Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests in both tenancy and common area.
- Report on any outstanding tasks and raise items not completed within agreed SLAs to contractors and suppliers.
- Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required.
- Monitor stock of all consumables managed by Workplace services to the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Facility Management Accreditation or similar working experience preferred.
- Proven stakeholder engagement relationships (mandatory)
- Experience in professional services firm (Advantageous)
