**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

Our **Recruitment Team** oversees the success of sourcing and onboarding new employees and assisting them within their first few weeks at Connex One.

The Recruiter is responsible for planning and implementing staffing solutions that comply with company policies and legal regulations.

You will be tasked with assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and preparing daily staffing reports.
- Preparing work schedules and ensuring staffing requirements are met.
- Assisting with employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates to management.
- Reporting scheduling issues and job vacancies to management.
- Coordinating with payroll to verify staff details and working hours.
- Assisting human resources with daily activities as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar position.
- Ability to efficiently manage people and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desired profile**:

- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience

(Having experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a major plus)
- Smart thinker, innovator, decision-maker
- Great leadership skills
- Have an acumen and tact of handling C-Suite discussions
- Great communication skills

**Job Benefits**
- AUD$65,000 - AUD$95,000 salary (dependant on experience)
- 20 Days Annual Leave plus Public Holidays

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
