ABOUT THE ROLE

As the new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to support the talent attraction process at Elders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be well organised with a passion for recruitment taking responsibility for:
Utilising proactive sourcing methods to find the best talent
Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholderS

ABOUT YOU

Have the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative ways to attract and source talent
Excellent organisational and administration skills, plus a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
A team player who adapts easily to changing priorities and embraces innovation
Workday experience and an understanding of agriculture is an advantage however not essential
