Role Overview The Digital Solutions Manager is a multifaceted role that combines responsibilities of a Solution Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, and Product & Release Manager. You will bridge the gap between requirements, architecture, and design while overseeing the complete solution lifecycle to meet the e-commerce and digital needs of the business. This hands-on role requires superior attention to detail, strong understanding of SDLC and agile practices, coordination skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Build relationships with software development teams and vendors. Lead technical delivery and governance of digital projects. - Translate detailed specifications into design documentation. Develop and maintain a digital architecture blueprint. Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle. Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth software development and deployment. Lead unit and integration testing. Ensure site uptime and performance monitoring. - Support the development of digital business cases. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Digital to define the digital roadmap. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience in a similar role - prior Digital E-Com retail experience essential - Previous project management experience - Experience in a retail environment, ideally in an omnichannel business highly regarded - IIBA Certification (CCBA/CBAP) an advantage (not essential). - Experience with enterprise solutions, digital technologies, and platforms (ERP, POS, TMS, CMS, CRM, e-commerce, mobile apps) - Experience with E-com platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Magento or Shoify/similar - Experience with BA principles, tools, and techniques - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines - Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies - Experience with backlog management, release management, and governance - Desirable: SAP Commerce Cloud experience and HTML / XML / JavaScript skills **About You** - You have prior e-com retail experience and you understand the ins and outs of the retail space. - Strong organizational and leadership skills - you're a natural leader and you thrive in coaching, mentoring, inspiring and supporting a team - Motivated and driven to succeed with a passion for continuous improvement - Efficient verbal and written communication - Ability to work well under pressure - Attention to detail & High analytical ability - Ability to multi-task - An understanding of marketing is a definite advantage as this role is part of our 'Digitech' team, where you will work closely with our digital marketing team. **Why Join Us?** - Learn and Grow: Continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and grow your career. - Welcoming Teams: Inclusive, fun, and supportive team culture. - Stay Safe and Healthy: Health and wellness programs, including discounts on health insurance. - Exclusive Discounts: Enjoy great discounts on Fantastic Furniture products. - Work-Life Balance: Supportive environment to stay connected with your team and your life. - Free Onsite Parking: Plenty of free parking available. - Snacks: Healthy snacks available in our buzzing support office kitchen.
