Role Overview The Digital Solutions Manager is a multifaceted role that combines responsibilities of a Solution Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, and Product & Release Manager. You will bridge the gap between requirements, architecture, and design while overseeing the complete solution lifecycle to meet the e-commerce and digital needs of the business. This hands-on role requires superior attention to detail, strong understanding of SDLC and agile practices, coordination skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Build relationships with software development teams and vendors. Lead technical delivery and governance of digital projects. - Translate detailed specifications into design documentation. Develop and maintain a digital architecture blueprint. Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle. Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth software development and deployment. Lead unit and integration testing. Ensure site uptime and performance monitoring. - Support the development of digital business cases. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
