YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
Join us as a Digital Merchandising Coordinator and take charge of ensuring that all our "Fantastic" products and packages shine on our website. Your role will revolve around making our product range and its features easily discoverable, alongside all product-related content.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ensure the timely and accurate upload of all active Fantastic Furniture products and packages before their showtime date.
- Keep products and packages available for online purchase throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Organize product categorization and range management, handle in-season adjustments, manage new arrivals and sales promotions, and smoothly handle the transitions at the end of a product's lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the copywriter (or agency), buying, and photography teams to present products with engaging descriptions, top-notch images/videos, supporting materials, and precise specifications, all while adhering to SEO principles.
- Keep track of weekly product lead time updates.

YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in e-commerce or familiarity with content management systems (Hybris, Magento, WordPress, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel or Access/Database skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF functions, etc.
- A creative thinker brimming with the ability to craft new ideas and concepts.
- A customer service enthusiast with a proactive "can do" attitude.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- A collaborator at heart, capable of working seamlessly across departments and engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
