Volkswagen Financial Services is currently looking for a Product Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager - Product, Digital and Marketing, this role will support the product development within the MILES project which is rebuilding and replacing our core operating system.

**What you'll do**

Review existing Finance suite and ensure each product in the portfolio is rebuilt with the core operating system to mirror;
- Meets customer's needs and in line with VWFS' strategic goals,
- up to date with current governance and legal requirements,
- up to date with and in line with business security requirements,
- in line with VWFS' strategic goals and meet customers' needs,
- Act as the point of contact between Sales team and Operations on issues relating to product and process.

Work with Operations, Operational Excellence, Audit & Compliance to map product process and procedure - ensuring that these;
- conform to regulatory conditions
- Are as simplified as possible in a regulatory environment for customer and sales team fulfilment.
- Project participation as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in financial service or business related discipline.
- Working experience in the financial services industry.
- Product development and product management experience is essential.
- Proven analytical, process and problem solving skills.
- High level of attention to details and accuracy while working under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
