We are seeking an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist to join our team in our Head Office at Chullora, Sydney to support our operations across Australia.
The Opportunity
- Provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organisation development strategies in support of the business objectives
- Perform HR related duties at the professional level while supporting all employee groups
- May conduct additional responsibilities including organizational design, employee development initiatives and training

About You - Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or business-related field).
- Five plus years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist/HR BP role
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice of HR including employment law and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer skills, with a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite of products
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision when required
- Strong relationship building skills
- Demonstrated diligence in tasks undertaken
- Proficiency with Employee Relations and EEO
- Adept with performance management and investigations
- Skilled in overall employee compensation and benefits administration
- Acceptance of moderate domestic travel
- Must hold a government issued Covid-19 vaccination certificate (2 x dose)
- Must have current work rights in Australia
