**The opportunity**:
This role is responsible for all reception duties including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, sending parcels overseas, organizing couriers for local deliveries and managing the mail room. The Receptionist will also provide safety related assistance for the corporate office as well as assist with general administration tasks as required.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming/external calls in a timely manner
- Greeting and announcing visitors and preferred contractors, and ensuring they are signed in as visiting the site.
- E-mailing of missed calls, messages etc.
- Booking catering where requested
- Overseeing all courier bookings, including liaison with couriers and timing of deliveries
- Booking all DHL import and export couriers
- Preparing all customs declarations and paperwork to ensure all international deliveries are received
- Liaising with the China office to ensure delivery consolidation
- Liaising with Brands and Suppliers re all imports and exports
- Receiving deliveries and signing to ensure correct delivery and appropriate storage of deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and safe office
- Distributing mail to all departments
- Ensuring priority of outgoing mail and deliveries is appropriate
