**About the role**:
The Brand manager is an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team. As a steadfast advisor to the GM, you will aim to drive and deliver brand growth in the Australian/NZ markets. In addition to this you will look to ensure targets are achieved and deliver market share growth, while safeguarding the brand’s image and profitability.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Implement strategic plans delivering sustainable and profitable growth for the Replay Brand
- Review new product sell through metrics and initiate sales strategies with the planning team
- Implement the global brand strategy at a country level, where feasible and relevant
- Work effectively with the Global brand Head Office to ensure strategy are implemented and commercial targets met
- Implement the product and commercial strategy whilst working with the planning department to ensure margin, sell through and SOH metrics are met
- Work closely with Marketing Lead & Head of Sales to develop strategic initiatives to meet the brands objectives
- Support commercial and the sales manager to prepare budgets, financial reports, forecasts and ensure they are presented within agreed timelines
- Work with store managers and the digital team to ensure all product, sales and marketing strategies are implemented effectively
- Work effectively with the Global brand Head Office to ensure strategy are implemented and commercial targets met

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Proven ability to demonstrate organic growth with a large apparel / footwear / fashion brand
- 5 years related product, sales and /or marketing experience within a similar industry, at a senior level
- Budget and forecasting experience
- Experience in creating buy plans and range assortment plans
- Ability to communicate with and relate to all levels of management within Brand Collective
- Ability to communicate, manage and build relationships with Licensors at all levels of management
