**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for a
**Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic Digital team Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, the role is responsible for partnering with the Digital Marketing Manager to help lead the marketing space across all brands.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Liaising with Brand Marketing Managers and Website Managers to ensure alignment of campaigns and promotional activity
- Liaising with creative team to have optimal assets for campaigns
- Campaign Operations. Highly experienced in the uses of Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager. Experienced across Pinterest, Tik Tok, and Snapchat ads platforms.
- Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, data manipulation and numerical efficiency
- Report automation and manual data extraction from a variety of sources including Google Analytics.
- Provide insights as requested by brands/eCommerce to assist in understanding customer segments, campaign effectiveness and inform future activity
- Work with multiple stakeholders in a shared-service environment
- Balance priorities across 10+ brands with very varying budgets and goals.

**The skills and experience you offer us**:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a complimentary field
- 3 years minimum operational experience across paid search and social
- Experience managing several digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including budget and creative (bespoke and dynamic)
- Stakeholder expectation management
- You've previously liaised with Google, Facebook, and other key business partners
- Client-side or agency experience working with creative and marketing teams in retail/Ecommerce
- Ability to liaise with CRM manager to ensure the best use of our customer data throughout our paid social advertising
