They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team, with a competitive salary of up to $130K AUD, to help them continue delivering exceptional results for their clients.

**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager's role at GSS involves overseeing the recruitment process to attract top talent who share the organisation’s values, managing employee relations to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and implementing performance management systems that drive excellence and innovation.

**Job duties include**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
- Develop and manage performance management systems to align with organisational goals.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with Australian wage laws and represent the company in liaison & negotiations with unions re

- Develop HR strategies, keep track of the polices and make sure they are always updated along with their execution and annual review.
- Promote diversity and inclusion, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through various initiatives including helping the team wherever needed to implement the HR policies
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Principles and data protection laws.
- Ensure compliance with WH&S policies and complete all relevant safety and compliance training.
- Stay informed on changes in Australian employment legislation, ensuring the organisation remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- If required, travel to the sited to support HR operations and maintain strong connections with on-site teams.

**Your profile**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources is a must.
- You will also have proven experience in HR management roles demonstrating the ability to manage and lead HR functions.
- Knowledge of Australian industry relevant laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and organisational capabilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
