We've created a brand-new opportunity at Vocus to support our Head of Facilities & Property in uplifting the Property function and driving value across our evolving office footprint—especially as we integrate the newly acquired TPG network. If you're passionate about office operations, commercial property, and making spaces work smarter, this is your chance to lead change and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Facilities team, managing day-to-day operations and driving team goals
  • Deliver office fit-outs, exits, and leasehold improvements, including budgeting and stakeholder engagement
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including landlords and vendors
  • Support lease management strategy, negotiations, and business continuity planning across the network footprint
  • Collaborate on ESG initiatives, vendor management, and change communications to uplift property operations\

Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and commercial lease negotiations
  • Strong understanding of property leases, tenant obligations, and vendor management
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders across all levels
  • Skilled in producing business cases, solving problems, and driving operational efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organisational skills
