**The opportunity**
To put simply, we live and breathe super. We are growing and as a result, there’s an opportunity for an experienced individual preferably within the financial services sector to join our team as Manager Brand & Product. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing our strategic brand program and leading a team responsible for brand and product. Together with your team, you will work with various stakeholders to ensure the fund and its offering are successfully positioned across all channels.
This role is integral to our future success. It is important that the appointed individual can set a clear vision and deliver strong brand and marketing strategies that resonate with our brand promise and propositions.
Your duties will include:
- Leading and delivering the roll-out of CareSuper’s evolving strategy for both brand and product
- Monitoring the external competitor environment, oversee the brand tracking program and conduct related research for brand and product as required
- Identifying the best media sourcing mix to deliver on the brand strategy and key performance targets
- Managing relations with external service providers
- Interpreting performance data, and continually identify and prioritise strategies and actions to better deliver brand positioning and improve brand performance
- Overseeing the duties of the Brand Lead & Product Lead
- Ensuring brand visual & verbal guidelines are managed and followed
- Collaborating with relevant departments on projects to design, enhance or deliver the fund brand identity and product roadmap
**What you’ll bring**
The successful applicant will have proven experience in:
- Developing and executing brand strategy, advertising, and media management
- An ability to balance conflicting priorities and manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate team members
- An ability to use and adapt written and verbal communication skills to suit a variety of different audiences
- An ability to engage, influence and work with others/ across teams in a collaborative and efficient manner
- Understanding and experience in Financial Services Industry including superannuation and profit for member organisations is highly desirable
This role interacts with all departments regularly, so imperative to your success will be your ability to influence key stakeholders and build collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
