You will be a part of an encouraging and inclusive team located in the eastern suburbs that places emphasis on the delivery of high-quality customer service experiences to members of the community. You will work as a team to ensure all inquiries that come through the call centre are resolved in a timely manner, with due diligence. You will work 25-30 hours per week.

You will be part of a hardworking, supportive, and inclusive team located in the Northern Suburbs. You will work together to diligently resolve inquiries that come through a high - volume call centre, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Liaising with other departments and completing any back office administrative tasks
- Representing the call centre by acting as a first point of contact to members of the public
- Maintaining a great image of the Council in all your communications with members of the community
- Delivering high quality customer service to a high-volume Call Centre while contributing to KPI’s, individually and as a team

**To be successful you will have**:

- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Dispute handling and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude to work and learning new systems
- The ability to learn and take on changes with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in both face to face and high-volume telephone customer services
