**The Company**

As a key wholesaler to the retail trade for ANZ this well-known company prides themselves on industry-leading innovation by developing, manufacturing, and marketing their own product Due to their continued success and growth, an additional full time customer service administrator is required to join their team in their Head Office based in Carrum Downs.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will help strengthen the company's brand and build loyalty through effective customer service management. Day to day duties include, but will not be limited to the following:

- Respond promptly to customer and consumer enquiries through various channels
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions comments and complaints on CRM database
- Monitor and process maintenance and warranty enquiries
- Management of customer complaints and resolve accordingly

**Key Competencies**:

- Customer Service experience within an office and/or retail environment
- Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- High level of interaction and communication skills
