**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**

The Mr Group are a leading Franchise business providing Home Services including Antenna, Pest Control, Alarm, CCTV and Gutter Cleaning services, who are going through an exciting growth period. They are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Customer Service Officer to manage call volumes, whilst providing their customers with an exceptional customer service experience.

**DUTIES**
- Scheduling and co-ordinating customer appointments;
- Outbound call follow up of existing quotes/leads;
- Managing technicians daily routes and work load;
- Demonstrate your experience in providing customers with an exceptional service experience;
- Engage customers in conversations that build an understanding of their needs;
- Record customer information on an internal system.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written);
- Previous customer service experience in both an inbound/outbound role preferred but not essential;
- Ability to take ownership of the role;
- Quick to learn new processes and systems;
- Must be reliable and a team player.
