**Customer Service Officer**

Citywide are recruiting for a **Customer Service Officer** to join the team working on our prestigious Open Space contract in Mornington. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role will see you providing excellent customer service as well as support to our operations team.

This is a full time role, however there can be flexibility around working hours

**Primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Being the primary contact for all client/customer requests, works orders and event enquiries
- Process works orders and liaise with operations
- Ensure that both client and Citywide systems are updated to reflect real-time status of customer requests and works orders
- Review all incoming customer service requests and works orders throughout the day
- Monitor the client's system to identify customer service requests and work orders approaching target date
- Provide reminders to supervisors where customer service requests and works orders remain incomplete and/or target date is approaching
- Track and provide daily and weekly updates on progress of customer service requests and works orders
- Assist staff, supervisors and management with any tasks related to administering the contract
- Provide general office support such as answering the phone, general admin and raising purchase orders as required

**Skills and qualifications required**:

- Previous experience in a similar customer service role
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with customer and provide exceptional customer service
