This national employer is seeking two Customer Service Officers to join their Dandenong operation. Reporting to the Area Manager the primary responsibilities will include:

- Performing consistently and delivering value-added services to customers
- Ensuring the highest level of quality and valuable relationships with customers
- Taking accurate orders and calculating charges as required
- Database management
- Construction Industry exposure (Desirable but not essential)
- Systems experience (Training will be provided)
- MS Office skills
- Problem Solving mindset
- Proven Customer Service experience
- A Willingness to Grow and Learn

Hours of work are Monday to Friday with a flexible start time from 7.30am
