About the role
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our National team, based in Melbourne CBD - Collins Street with hybrid working available. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team leader you will work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team to support our services across Calvary.
Support the recruitment of service delivery roles across our aged care services in the region
About you
3+ years’ experience minimum in an end to end internal recruitment role including high volume recruitment campaigns;
Creative and thoughtful job advertisement writing style;
Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities;
IT Savvy with broad systems experience such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, databases, MS Office etc.;
Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders;
