This well-established and highly credible services company has experienced exponential growth over the last several years and is now one of Australia’s leading organisations in its field.

With strong expansion and positive commercial outcomes, they are seeking an HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term basis to support their Victorian operations through this next phase of their regional growth strategy.

Joining the Victorian leadership team and reporting to the Head of P&C, the HR BP will be responsible for:

- Partnering with the Victorian Executive team, guiding a combination of operational and long-term people outcomes in support of the regional vision
- Working with the broader HR team to support HR initiatives such as employee experience, and leadership capability
- Support a dispersed operational team in an end-to-end generalist HR environment, including ER case management, succession planning, remuneration reviews, and collaborating with CoE teams as required to deliver operational goals and objectives
- Support complex change projects to promote and build organisational effectiveness

This is a fast-paced environment where the HR function is highly regarded in the day-to-day and long-term decision-making for the business. You will be working with a cohesive leadership team who are genuinely excited and passionate about the future direction of their people and business.

We will be looking for:

- Experience in an end-to-end HR generalist environment within a blue-collar or industrial setting - you will often be on-site engaging with the stakeholders on the ground
- Capability to work autonomously and demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership teams
- This is a non-unionsed environment however we would like to see experience supporting complex change projects like mergers and acquisitions or restructures, strong ER experience and a practical approach to delivering a broad people programs

This is a great opportunity for an HRBP to take a step up and truly take ownership of the Victorian function. You will have support from the Head of P&C and the broader HR team, with the opportunity to work across a broad range of projects, BAU operations and strategy.
