**About Our Client**:
Join one of the world's most innovative mining technology companies that allows mine operators to precisely understand the location and material properties of every rock in their mine, in real time

This newly created position will support the various HR functions and provide operational support to the wider business. Working across the full employee lifecycle you will streamline the existing HR processes and support business growth. Responsibilities will include;
- Delivering best practice HR initiatives
- Partnering with business leaders to provide HR support and guidance on all HR matters, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- HR Policy and procedures review
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Maintenance of employee data in the HR system
- Employee relations

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar generalist role. You will possess;
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Organised with an excellent sense of priorities and able to meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements;
- Working knowledge of a HRIS;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- An outgoing, friendly and positive individual
