**About your new role**:
We are currently seeking permanent part-time and casual Job Coaches to assist our supported employees, within our warehouse in Tingalpa. As a Job Coach you will work as coach and support our supported employees to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of warehousing and packaging and help them to achieve their personal employment goals.

**About you**:

- Experience working with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
- Ability to motivate and engage others to meet the day-to-day objectives.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
- Experience in warehousing, supply chain, production, assembly and/or supported employment environment.

**You will have or be willing to obtain**:

- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
- Forklift Licence (Desirable)
