**YOUR NEW ROLE**
We are looking to expand our consultancy capability and client base due to our clients driving us to provide more support on the back of existing service and project delivery. As such we now have a need to add an experienced Human Resource Advisor to our team. This role is based out of our office in Tinglapa and reports in the General Manager.

The business is already structured and underpinned by a successful and award-winning recruitment team and two proactive and hands on Directors. This addition to our team will see us expanding our service delivery and service offerings with a vision to grow the business further, which will provide the right individual with excellent growth and succession opportunities.

Some of the services offered are but not limited to:

- **Undertaking Audits to identify key areas of system and people development.**:

- **Provide expert advice on all aspects of IR / HR to clients.**:

- **Learning and Development / Workforce planning / HR system implementation**:

- **IR management / Performance Management / Team leadership**:

- **HR Strategy development for clients** Employee Relations**:

- **Change Management / Diversity & Inclusion / Remuneration and Benefits**

**WHO ARE YOU?**
You are a passionate and experienced HR professional who likes to have fun, in a fast paced, energetic environment with supportive colleagues. You are a ‘do-er’ and will have that innate that ownership mentality to drive success. You enjoy getting the job done by working on a mix of operational and strategic HR activities and the ability to also develop additional business will stand you in good stead and will be rewarded

You will have the following minimum skills and attributes:

- **Independent and structured way of working, confidence to build strong working **relationships.**:

- **A working knowledge of the Fair Work Act & IR**:

- **RTW knowledge **highly** **regarded.**:

- **A bachelor's degree in HR (or equivalent) is **preferred**.**:

- **Experience in HR Advisor role**:

- **Passionate, calm, Agile, flexible **with a can-do** **attitude.**:

- **Excellent **communication** skills, both **written** and **verbal**.**:

- **AHRI Member / Accreditation Highly **regarded**.**
