**Role Overview**:
As a dynamic and organized Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our social media management, content creation, and lead generation efforts. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing activities align with the company’s brand guidelines and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. By collaborating with Business Development Managers and supporting various marketing activities, you will help drive our brand's visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:
**Social Media Management**:

- Oversee and manage all company social media accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Actively engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and comments.

**Content Planning & Creation**:

- Plan and create content calendars for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials using tools like Canva.

**Sales Lead Management**:

- Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify and manage sales leads through social media channels.
- Coordinate efforts to convert social media engagement into actionable sales opportunities.

**Supplier Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes for printed and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of marketing materials.

**Website Management**:

- Update the company website as needed to reflect current marketing initiatives and content.

**Creative Support**:

- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute innovative ideas for branding and creative concepts.

**Event Participation**:

- Attend company or external events as required.
- Capture social content during events to support marketing efforts.

**Brand Guidelines Compliance**:

- Ensure all design and content outputs adhere to company brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Your predominant interaction is with internal stakeholders
- This is not a customer facing or customer interactive role

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and branding.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- No weekends
