Marketing Coordinator
- Offline / Traditional Marketing
- 6 - 9 Month FTC

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our client and lead the execution and delivery of offline marketing campaigns.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, internal stakeholders, agencies, and other third parties to ensure the effectiveness, consistency, and value of all creative/content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement print advertising schedules
- Manage the approval process for all marketing printed collateral
- Ensure print ads meet the required specifications
- Manage minor updates or changes to customer communications
- Support overall brand initiatives
- Conduct quarterly reviews to refine creative
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines in all communication activity
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Assist with required updates to existing technical documents and marketing collateral

**Key Skills**:

- At least 3 years of marketing communications experience with offline channels such as TV, advertorials, print, and direct mail
- Degree or diploma in marketing preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with various stakeholders
- Strong work initiative with creativity to think outside the box
- Experience with direct marketing principles and financial services marketing is a plus
- Well-developed analytical and MS Excel skills

This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract, based in Bella Vista, with a Hybrid work model in place.
