**About the Organisation**
The Institute of Actuaries of Australia represents, educates, and connects a growing community of Australian actuaries within Australia and globally. They support actuaries at each stage of their career via practice committees, micro-credentials and short courses, mentor programs, networking events and meet-ups, insights sessions and professional standard production.

**About the Role**
As the Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to own and drive progressive marketing strategies for major events, thought leadership initiatives, educational offerings, and key campaigns across the organisation.

You will also support in project managing the Institute’s exciting rebrand. This role has endless variety, support, autonomy, and creativity which will see you across all parts of the organisation.

**About the Person**

You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive Manager.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Develop & execute content across various channels & manage campaigns
- Support in project managing and rolling out the Institute’s rebrand
- Execute marketing campaigns & promotion of events
- Support education marketing eg. Manage product launches & merchandising
- Develop & maintain website content & build microsites for events
- Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders eg. Agencies, videographer
- Manage internal advertising channels

**To be successful you will ideally have**:

- Demonstrated success in a marketing role
- Qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience in delivering creative marketing programs & managing marketing campaigns
- A team player with a collaborative working style
- A high level of initiative & excellent attention to detail
- Strong project & time management skills
- Confidence & strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
