So we asked our VPs of Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and Sales Teams to tell us what they would expect from our **Marketing Specialist**, and this is what they told us.

**What you will do day in and day out**
- **Branding & Retention**
- Monitor Insider’s media coverage frequently
- Conduct extensive research and competitive analyses
- Create, optimize, and evolve retention marketing strategies to keep clients
- Attend brainstorming sessions, create marketing campaign briefs for reputation management
- Generate ideas to gain more media coverage
- **Content Creation & Management**
- Manage the day-to-day handling of Insider's social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
- Develop creative social media strategies and adapt content to suit different channels
- Write and produce presentations and press releases
- **Event Management**
- Foster good community relations through organising and attending promotional events such as roundtables, webinars, physical/hybrid events
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the events’ success
- Prepare event budgets, analyse event’s success and prepare reports

**What we expect from you**
- You have BSc degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field You can work effectively in an agile, fast-growing and challenging environment
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- You are obsessed with details and has a strong eye for detail
- You know your way around Google Drive Applications and WordPress or other Content Management Software
- You are a confident, self-motivated person with a flexible and proactive approach
- You have hands-on experience working in a results-oriented team environment
- You are able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and workload
- You have the ability to manage ambiguity while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership
- You have an energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humour and a hearty appetite for growth
- You are a great team player

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
