- **Partnerships**: Identify and nurture partnerships with influencers, sports teams, and relevant organizations to expand brand reach.
- **Budget Management**: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve optimal ROI.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the sports apparel or fitness industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
