About the RoleBased in the beautiful Blue Mountains, we are seeking a passionate and collaborative Marketing officer to play a pivotal role in building awareness of and equity in Fairview's suite of products and categories. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the coordination and development of product-specific content, assets, research and customer journey workflows to facilitate product brand awareness, equity and sales. Joining a dynamic and close team of positive, friendly and driven individuals, this newly created role will act as a central point between sales, product and marketing to help achieve alignment and deliver best practice in how we talk about and position our products in the market and more importantly, how we continue to add value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in building awareness of and equity in Fairview's suite of products and categories
- Support Fairview's Go-To-Market process through the development of content, collateral, sales enablement tools, customer workflows and journeys and review lead quality, and help close the loop for conversion
- Champion the development and renewal of CPD presentations and coordinate their delivery
- Provide general event support and coordination
- Coordinate the development and dissemination of internal and external direct-marketing efforts including newsletters
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across sales and marketing specific to product promotion
- Drive the execution of product brand plans in line with category strategies, including category campaigns, collateral and content development
- Support category managers with the development of product strategy and go-to-market plans

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years marketing-related experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible and rational with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment
- Production experience (collateral, webinars, video, eDM's)

**Desirable experience**:

- B2B Marketing experience
- Experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience using Salesforce and Pardot/HubSpot
- Experience in the use of website supporting tools, for example, Analytics, SEO tools, Content Management Systems and marketing automation platforms
