**The Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to execute marketing strategies as a Marketing Officer for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to generate domestic leads for courses. This role is perfect if you have previous experience within a marketing function and want to take your skills to the next level, whilst working in a busy and challenging learning environment. Our client delivers a range of recognised Certificates and Diploma level training & education.

**Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Creating, maintaining and where necessary, printing marketing material including social media posts and updating websites
- Create and maintain Industry sector databases
- Format photos, images, and other marketing collateral
- Generate leads marketing on Facebook and other social media platforms
- Create and maintain a Marketing Register, including version control
- Employer and engagement surveys and contact
- Preparing student surveys and analysing data, and creating testimonials from student feedback
- Prepare and attend expos
- Implement marketing strategies

**Do you have what it takes?**
- You will have previous marketing experience
- A good knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Intermediate with Microsoft Suite, Creative Cloud programs including InDesign and Photoshop, Wix and Survey Monkey
- Experience working with domestic student Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) (preferable)
