Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin/Marketing Officer to join our Sydney team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow their career in administration and marketing within the education and migration industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including record-keeping, and client correspondence.
  • Assist with handling inquiries and guiding walk-in clients.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Talk to clients and partners
  • Process visa applications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Open to new graduates – training will be provided.
  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
  • Must be a native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
