**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficient data entry and management
- Coordination of online and offline interviews
- Active involvement in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to engaging with employers
- Payroll and attendance administration
- Employee relations, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment
- Assistance in policy development and implementation in compliance with local laws

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in HR administration
- Able to do weekly payroll
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Familiarity with local employment laws
- Australian PR/Citizen preferred
- Previous experience in the manufactury industry a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
