**Position Description**
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the Payroll function and various HR duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll for 100 employees
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation
- Onboard new starters and oversee the induction paperwork
- Issuing Letters of Offer and contracts for new starter employees
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Coordinate the annual salary review process for employees
- Ensure all monthly and yearly payroll deadlines are met
- Oversee recruitment of new staff and ensure the recruitment process is adhered to
- Maintenance and creation of relevant policies and procedures
