
Sales Team Leader

A leading Business Brokerage company, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our office environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the HR department in various aspects, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, coordinating performance evaluations.
- Oversee office maintenance, including liaising with vendors, managing office contracts, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and legal documents. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Hire and manage a highly skilled team under your leadership to achieve targeted sales objectives, while providing necessary support and guidance to maximize team performance.
- Someone who’s open to some outbound, but is mostly excellent at navigating and closing deals.
- The ability to establish rapport with business decision makers and book appointments
- Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well-organised way
- A high level of motivation and ability to work autonomously
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a team manager in sales related field, minimum two-year experience preferred.
- Proven experience in Office Management or relevant administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the business brokerage, Sales related or real estate industry is a plus.
- Certificate III in Real State or a related field is preferred.

The position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 per annum, plus GST, along with commission based on sales performance. Following the successful completion of the probationary period, the company will provide additional benefits including a company car, laptop, and phone. Moreover, there will be bonus incentives based on individual sales achievements.
