We’re transforming our team to be even better, and this has created a fantastic opportunity to join our Emerging Talent, Talent Attraction team. The role will see you leading student hiring activities for your designated portfolio and working closely with universities and institutions to promote KPMG as the number one destination for early talent, through events and engaging with the student community.

**Your Opportunity**

You’ll join a national team that are responsible for delivering KPMG’s early talent programs, including graduate and vacation programs, working alongside your peers in the delivery of the over-arching student recruitment strategy. Working closely with the Talent Attraction Manager, this is how your day could look:

- Advising and supporting Partners, hiring managers and teams on their role in the recruitment process.
- Managing the high-volume hiring campaign and maintaining momentum to meet key milestones and timelines.
- Supporting the business on Diversity & Inclusion goals - presenting balanced shortlists with diverse talent.
- Gathering insights and analysing qualitative and quantitative data throughout the recruitment campaign.
- Contributing to and responsible for implementing our campus strategy.
- Managing the firm’s attendance at a variety of promotional events.
- Developing new initiatives to promote KPMG on campus and engage with students in innovative ways.
- Supporting delivery of Emerging Talent/Talent Attraction/People & Inclusion projects.
