**Your Opportunity**

Forming part of the Talent Attraction team this role will play a key role in divisional emerging talent recruitment
- Leading management and seamless execution of our end to end emerging talent assessment process nationally for your nominated division.
- Supporting team with data-driven decision making for both direct reports and internal/external stakeholders.
- Accountability for pro-active presence in the market and delivery of attraction strategy for emerging talent target market.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders (Business Groups, Universities, Inclusion & Diversity etc.)
- Managing a team of recruiters, ensuring operational excellence and best practice recruitment.
- Supporting implementation of new recruitment technologies and internal transformation programs.

- Background in Campus/Graduate/Emerging Talent Recruitment or program management
- Previous experience with high volume recruitment and large campaign intakes
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and achieve optimal outcomes
- Understanding of how successful emerging talent recruitment programs should be run

**Qualifications**:

- University tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are advantageous.
