***In this Associate Director, ECO role,**you will be joining the **Emerging Corporate & Origination**team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Support strategic planning
- Manage client relationships
- Leading origination and structuring of new transactions with a focus on balance sheet lending for growth business
- Lead and manage teams (as required for projects which will be indirectly reporting through).
- Building an inspired and empowered team through effective coaching, development, mentoring and performance management.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Proactive management of credit, conduct and compliance risk.
- Demonstration of a deep understanding of Corporate & Business banking, general accounting principles, strong origination and execution, pitch preparation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to highly performing teams, particularly coaching and developing others.
- Proactive risk management; meet all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role; and escalate event, issues or breaches as they are identified.
